Cops For Cancer Tour 2008 

SuperHits 650 CISL is proud to sponsor The Canadian Cancer Society's Cops For Cancer campaign!

Members of law enforcement agencies and emergency services will cover more than 3,000 kilometers in four cycling tours - Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the Northern Region - in support of children with cancer.

In addition to the cycling, the riders stop in selected communities where they participate in fundraising events & speaking engagements.  Each rider is paired with a child who has experienced cancer or who is living with cancer... & these kids are honourary members of the Tour team!

With the backing of more than 60 BC communities and thousands of volunteers, Cops For Cancer is hoping to raise over $3 million for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Vancouver's Tour de Coast takes place from September 17th - 25th.
Fraser Valley's Tour de Valley takes place from September 19th - 28th.
